In November 2024 I helped found BUDSA and started as the first Principal Tech Lead. In this role, I built and led several technical workshops (Pandas Data Pipelines, Intro to R, SQL, Spark + Databricks) for an audience of 20+, and helped establish the club’s goals to train students on technical skills not covered by BU data science classes. As Vice President and now President I have led the continued growth of the club, including ideating and organizing a 25-person trip to NYC to attend the NYC School of Data Conference in March 2026. As part of this we constructed two 4-person teams to build data science projects about NYC policy, one of which I served as project manager for (Free Buses for Y’all, Youse, and You Guys)
